Oeste 33 Construction Update

Oeste 33 is nearing completion and only 2 of the 6 homes remain. Tita, Katie and Jesse visited the site to walk through and have a look at the progress and check out some of the finishes in Townhouse 4, a south facing townhouse in the heritage retention and Unit 5 which is one of two detached infills on the south side of the lot. Both homes are stunning and completely unique. Townhouse 4 offers 3 levels of well thought out living. The main floor consists of an open concept modern living, dining and kitchen. The second floor features; two bedrooms and a stunning bathroom. The master suite offers mountain views, an office landing with south facing balcony and luxurious en suite with massive walk-in shower. Unit 5 is the only one with it’s own attached private garage which accesses the home directly. Main floor features the master bedroom and ensuite bath. The lower floor makes for a great family room or second bedroom/office. Upstairs is the main living area. It features vaulted ceilings, A stunning contemporary kitchen. Large south facing terrace with treed view. The main floor also offers a bedroom/office room and a 3 piece bath. Oeste 33 has been a fun project for our team.
