Katie Burkard is a dynamic, forward thinking and spirited entrepreneur whose journey into real estate started in 2003 
when she co-founded VanCity Lofts, one of Vancouver’s largest loft companies. Within 3 years she co-launched Blu Realty, a modern boutique brokerage, followed by several years with the Carros Group, before being invited to join the world renowned brokerage of Engel and Volkers, as an owner.

Since, Katie has been a valued partner with the firm.  EV began as a specialty agency, providing discreet, high-end real estate services to wealthy European investors.
